The purpose of the Brazilian Journal of Kinanthropometry and Human Performance (BJKHP) is to disseminate original scientific research that contributes to the advancement of human movement sciences with emphasis on kinanthropometry in both its morphological and functional aspects as well as the conditioning factors of physical performance.
Index H - if calculated by the "Publish or Perish" the "Rev Bras Cineantropom Desempenho Hum" attained H 16 ow , and in 2009 as H 6 (information obtained on 14/02/12)
On December 28 of 2010, the BJKHP was accepted for the Scopus database and on April 8 of 2011 received a decision in favor of its inclusion in SciELO Brazil.
